How we handle your files
Your documents, the records we make from them, and the link between the two. Nothing else.
Your files are kept in access-controlled cloud storage and used only for your project. If they must stay in a particular region, tell us before you send them.
AI models from established providers read your documents, with training on your data switched off. We name the providers in your agreement.
You decide. Source files are deleted after delivery unless we keep your catalogue current for you. Delete a project any time.
Only the people on your project. We never share your files or reuse them.
Export your records and sources any time, in a format you can open without us.
We haven’t completed a certification audit yet. When we do, it will be listed here. Until then, these are the commitments we work to, and we put them in writing on request.
