1. Who we are
Peloryn is run by [entity name], registered with the Netherlands Chamber of Commerce (KvK) under [KvK number], at [address]. These terms apply to every sample, proposal and agreement.
2. The service
Peloryn completes and structures product data from documents you provide or publish, links each value to its source, and delivers files in the formats agreed in your proposal. You approve the data before it is published, and you remain responsible for your product data in any data pool.
3. Free samples
Samples are free and create no obligation. You may use the sample data as you like.
4. Prices and payment
- Prices are set out in your proposal and exclude VAT.
- Setup fees are invoiced 50% on order and 50% on delivery.
- Care plans are billed monthly in advance, with a minimum term of six months. After that, either party can end the plan with one month’s notice.
- Invoices are due within [number] days.
5. The score guarantee
Your proposal states a target score for the delivered products. If your data pool does not show that score after upload, we will fix the data within 10 working days. If we cannot, the second half of the setup fee is not payable.
6. Your documents and data
You keep all rights to your documents and to the records we produce. We use them only to provide the service, we do not use them to train AI models, and we delete them as described on the Trust page.
7. Confidentiality
Both parties keep each other’s confidential information confidential, including unreleased products and price lists, during the agreement and for [period] after it ends.
8. Liability
Values are taken from your own documents, and we are not responsible for errors in those documents. Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect damage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
9. Law and disputes
Dutch law applies. Disputes go to the competent court in [court].
