Terms of service

These terms govern access to and use of the PELORYN platform and the vessel-risk files produced by it.

Nature of the service

PELORYN provides vessel-risk intelligence files assembled from primary sources and a published methodology. The files are evidentiary inputs to a decision.

User obligations

Users agree to use the platform and the files produced by it in accordance with applicable law and for lawful commercial and compliance purposes.

Limitations

PELORYN does not warrant that any file is complete or that every relevant signal has been identified.

Liability

Liability is limited to the fees paid by the user in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of the Netherlands. The courts of Rotterdam have exclusive jurisdiction.
